Food Safety

Food safety is of the utmost importance when it comes to providing customers with a great platter or grazing box experience.

NZ Food Safety Standards state that once out of the fridge, food can last safely for 4 hours at room temperature.

To ensure safety standards are upheld, once you have received your order please consume within 3 hours or refrigerate until needed. This allows an hour for boxes and platters to be carefully crafted prior to pick up/delivery.

After 3 hours all food must be discarded. If the grazing items are going into the fridge upon receipt, please let The Professional Grazer know so measures can be taken for some of the goods to remain at their best when chilled (ie crackers to remain in their packets).

Once received it is the customers responsibility to ensure food safety standards are met.
