# Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a menu

No, not as such. There are things that appear on every platter but due to seasonality and availability this can change from order to order. Typically you can expect the following in various quantities depending on the size of your box or platter: cheeses (typically a Brie or Camembert and a Blue, thereafter most likely a Tasty or Smoked Gouda), gourmet deli meats such as salami and cured ham/pork belly, fresh herb bread, specialty crackers, olives, relish or chutney, dips, fresh & dried fruit, nuts, sweet treats and sometimes vegetables (especially for vegetarian orders).

Can I swap items out

I do my very best to ensure I’ve covered most bases with each platter or box, however if there is something that doesn’t suit, I am more than happy to work with you on finding an alternative. In some cases that may mean an added cost depending on what the items are.

How much notice do you require

To make items from scratch and to shop my local stores for the best cheese and meat, (as well as balancing Mum life!) I require one weeks notice. This ensures every box and platter gets the love and attention it deserves before it heads out the door. However, if I am already doing orders there may be a chance I can put something together for you at shorter notice, so drop me an enquiry.

What sizes do you do

Head over to the Picnics, Platters and Pricing tab for a full run down of costs and how many people each should feed.

Can you just add more food to a certain size box or platter

When it comes to the boxes and platters, the suggested ‘people it feeds’ has been calculated on the size/surface area. From photos on this website and our social media platforms you’ll notice these are already chocablock with goodness, so can't be added to. If you need more, perhaps look at the next size up. The only time this will differ is with grazing tables which work on a per head basis.

Do you deliver

I deliver from Te Puna to Papamoa (delivery fee applies). For details, check out the Picnics, Platters & Pricing tab

Do you allow pick up? If so, what times and where are you located

Yes, you can collect from my address which is in Otumoetai. The time can be flexible but typically after 11 am to allow time for the fresh bread to cook and cool.
