Made of Almond meal, icing sugar and egg white, these crunchy on the outside soft in the middle sweet treats are the perfect addition to any special occasion. They also make a great gift!

Standard Macarons $3.50 (incl GST) each to be ordered in 6, 12 , or 24

”Mac-tails” Price on Inquiry. Can be ordered in 6, 12 or 24. Mac-tails are when alcohol is used in the filling. Pricing may vary depending on alcoholic product used

Custom Macarons

Minimum order quantity 24

Embellishments such as luster dust, sprinkles, and double fillings (eg: milk chocolate with caramel center) incurs a further 20c per Macaron.

Planet Savers

As much as I strive for perfection with my macarons, some can become chipped cracked and unsellable. This year, to save on wastage, I am introducing my version of seconds. They will come In a recyclable brown paper bag vs premium packaging and are more suited to sitting down with a cuppa and your slippers on at the end of a hard day, versus hosting friends for dinner – although I guess that depends on the friends coming over!

Macaron Care

There are 2 styles of Macarons - French & Italian. I make Italian Macarons, meaning I add sugar syrup to the egg white vs granulated sugar.

From a technique perspective, when learning to make Macarons, the few recipes I read (and you tube I've watched!) called for the shells to be aged with the filling for 24 hours once complete. I do this by maturing them in the fridge and then freezing.

I have found this method to serve me really well resulting in delicious full Macarons. I don’t believe it to be mandatory, but does enhance the flavor and texture. However, it does mean you are unable to put my macarons in the freezer once you have purchased them if you have allowed them to defrost. From a food safety perspective it is unsafe to re-freeze anything so please bear this in mind when ordering.

The Professional Grazer Macarons are most delicious consumed at room temperature.
